As part of our commercial introduction services, we collect Identity & Contact Data, including director names, business addresses, phone numbers and email addresses; Corporate Financial Data, including business bank statements (via Open Banking or direct PDF upload), filed accounts, turnover figures and company registration details; and Technical Data, including IP addresses, browser types and website usage data collected via cookies.
3. How We Collect and Use Your Data
We collect data via our online intake forms, Open Banking integrations and direct communications. We process your data on the basis of Consent when you explicitly authorise access to bank statements via Open Banking or submit details through our intake form. We also rely on Legitimate Interests and Pre-Contractual Steps to review corporate funding requirements, package a business summary and introduce your file to our partner panel of commercial lenders and providers.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal or financial data. To facilitate commercial funding introductions, we share relevant corporate packages exclusively with vetted commercial lenders, asset finance providers and commercial finance partners. All partners are contractually required to maintain strict data security in accordance with UK GDPR.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain business financial data for up to 6 years to satisfy UK corporate record-keeping standards and compliance obligations. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data, request corrections, object to processing, or request deletion, subject to statutory record-keeping duties.
